My complaint:
A transaction went wrong. I lost £2930. After a time bybit accepted I was due payment.
Told me I would get paid after 10 working days.
This means I was out of £2930 for just about 3 weeks.
I’ve contacted bybit support 8 times since they last emailed me, and I’ve not been sent a single reply.
I’m now bring told I will get paid tomorrow!!!
I have all the emails saved, if you need to see them.
I have diagnosed anxieties and my head is all over the shop.
Suggested solution:
For starters they can reply to my emails.
I want to know, as I type this, why I have not been paid. Even though they have fully accepted I am due payment.
