My complaint:
I sold 6500usdt for credit into my GBP account to a seller on bybit. They first said that both the seller and buyer have to double the amount to make it 13000usdt to release the fund as it’s the min. Once we did that the buyer got him coins but for some reasons they holdup my money as they say I need to get a KYC wihich I had to deposit another 3500 USDT. And once I did that they send that money to Bitmarkettrend which the say was the payment partners. But to cash it I had to bring it back to my Bybit account before I could cash it. But I had to deposit another 3500usdt for a withdrawal pin to do that. I did that and did the transfer back to my Bybit account from Bitmarkettrend account. Now they say that it’s been hacked but an attack 51 and I have to replicate the same transaction to make it releases the first transaction .
This is a scam within the company and I need answers
