My complaint:
Got suckered in by the pretty pictures decent looking website. Should have known better. Ordered 4 pairs of boots in the deal. I used their sizing chart (measured all) waited a much longer time for shipping than told – probably because they came from Hong Kong not Aus. They came scrunched up in plastic (some were re-wrapped) not boxed and were all not only the wrong size (as in not the size I selected) but certainly not even close to fitting and of very cheap, poor construction. I’ve seen sturdier shoes in Kmart. Definitely no orthopedic input on these! I contacted straight away about being sent wrong size about visible glue, pulled stitching etc and was told I could not get a return address or do a refund as they were sale items – the whole website has been on the last day of sale for the last month since I ordered. Seems unfair especially when it is their fault.
I have escalated through PayPal for refund. Fingers crossed.
Suggested solution:
Give me the return address my full refund.
