My complaint:

Buzz bingo have closed my account as they said I was spending too much. At the end of the day it’s my money and if I choose to spend it playing online then that should be my decision. Secondly I had nearly 300 free spins and £100 in my account that I won while they were investigated my bank statements. They will not answer my emails nor refund the £100 to me. They also will not let me play the free spins which I won fair and square and could win some more money. I have done nothing wrong.
