My complaint:
My washing machine is less than 3 years old. In the past year I have paid for a guy twice to come look at it. On the timer, when it gets to 10 minutes it stays on 10 minutes for ages. Occasionally it will drop down to 9 minutes then carry on. I am concerned that if it stays on 10 minutes for too long it may burn out. Also you cannot put anything in the drum to just spin. It doesn’t like anything too light. Also it sometimes makes like a scraping noise when its spinning. I have given up on it now and am replacing it. But it won’t be a Bush appliance.
Suggested solution:
Sort out the spinning cycle on your machines.
