My complaint:
Our newly bought cooker’s bought in June 2020 the oven door was not fitted properly and fell off. We had an engineer call and he had to order the correct part, this took 3 months to arrive, when it did it was the wrong part and so I still have the problem. The engineer has sent a photo of the cooker door hinge to the service department but I don’t want to wait another 3 months for this to be resolved.
Suggested solution:
Obtain the right part for my cooker as quickly as possible and get it fitted
OR send a new cooker to us, it was bought from Argos and is under guarantee.
