My complaint:
17082020 Been a very stressful day being passed pillar to post with no help. I brought a product from yourselves which is a bush double electric cooker 2139405
Product stopped working this morning it cut out while using it. so I called out a electrician.
To our shock we found the black electric box had melted away. And could of potentially cause a house fire!
I have been unable to get through to the right departments and been given serval different numbers with still now real answers! Happy to provide you with photos!
Again 3 more days have passed and still no contact back in regards to sorting this issue out.
Suggested solution:
I’d like a refund or some sort of Compensation compensation. As I have now had buy another cooker cause I wasn’t getting anywhere with bush or Argos who product was brought from.
