My complaint:
My tv was only two months out of guarantee when the screen led lights failed completely. This after very little use and myself being out of action for five weeks in FEB of this year.
I bought the set in Jul 2019 and in Aug 2020 had to pay $20 pounds for a minor fault followed this month by a bill of $90 pounds for a repair to the screen lights.
Will you tell me why my tv hasn’t lived up to the good name of Bush, I would appreciate an early reply please.
Thank you for your indulgence in this matter as I can ill afford such failures.
