My complaint:

I have only had my cooker 18 months now, it is definatly faulty,i have it fixed 3 times now,and stil continues to not work,i have rang up and they wasnt happy to exchange it,even though ive payed for it and pay my monthly instalments to cover my insurence on cooker,was suppose to send someone out today for the 4th time,they was suppos to be her between 10-1,didnt show up til gone 1:30 which i was out as had a oppointment,there has been no opilgise for messing me about,and considering i have 3 children one who is disabled they are happy to leave me with no working cooker which is faulty, ive never had issues with cookers before but since having this one,there has been nothink but problems,the cooker is faulty therefor they should of replaced it by now,not try fixing it 4 times for it not to work atall,discusting service and unreliable.i lot of people seem to be having the same problem.

Suggested solution:

They should exchange for a new one,or issue a refund for a faulty appliance.not leave vulnerable people without a working cooker
