My complaint:

I’m contacting you about a Bush Hob Oven purchased in November 2020 delivered in January 2021. This item is under the standard manufacturers warranty of 12 months. The oven door handle has now become detached the interior latch mechanism has come adrift with the bolts shearing off as a result we cannot close the door. The oven has only been operated by 2 responsible adults in their 50s we find the workmanshio totally unacceptable. The pictures showing damage and the order details are attached. I expect either a full refund or replacement item given this has happened with 8 months. The previous cooker I had lasted 20 years!!
