My complaint:
Being flobed of with excuses.Oven has been broken since Saturday they have told my wife they are waiting for parts but they haven’t been to see that is wrong with it .We have only had it 5 months
Suggested solution:
Send a engineer to see what the problem is and either put it right or exchange for a new one
