My complaint:
While I was entering the store and placing an order, suddenly the person who said the order number started shouting. The man was about 5.5 feet tall with a black shirt, headphones and tattoos on his arms, shouting like he was shouting much louder than usual. He kept yelling until I got a hamburger. I heard him speak in a low voice from the person right behind me. I think he did it on purpose because I’m Asian. This could be racism. I express serious concern about this happening in such a famous chain. In this regard, the company should investigate whether this is actually happening and come up with measures to prevent recurrence.
