Burger King complaint: Wait time was 20 minutes and food was cold cold cold

My complaint:

I went to Burger king at 3PM, Placed my order in the drive thru for 2 whopper meals with cheese, pulled forward and there was only 1 car in front of me. This drive thru has no way out once you are in line. There was another car behind me so I could not back up. I was forced to wait for 20 minutes because they did not park the car in front of me with the order taking so much time. I was then handed a bag that I guess had been sitting on the counter waiting for as long as I had been waiting because both burgers were cold and soggy, and the fries were not only cold and soggy, but had been over cooked and were very brown and crunchy. The drinks were terribly watered down, and the ice was all melted. Absolutely the WORST service and food I have ever experienced. Could not even stomach this food or drink.

Suggested solution:

I feel I should be reimbursed for my purchase. My purchase was at store 5755. Order 273503 reg 4 DRIVE-THRU Employee 17902 Yolanca, in the amount of $10.80 with coupon for 2 whopper meals.
