My complaint:

First I was told to pull in a spot
Food took a long time. Then when it came out to me it was the wrong order. Was the car after me but they. Had.my order and had already pulled away. Had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be made again. I have always had to wait and pull into a spot even there’s only 1car behind me at the drive thru.

Suggested solution:

Make drive thru more efficient. I always feel that I’m pushed to park and wait for my food even when it’s not busy. This makes me think that the drive thru has a quota of orders to make and my sitting at the window for a minute is not acceptable
