My complaint:
Stopped there last night at 10:00PM. Ordered one Double Whopper wcheese, two Cheeseburgers and three medium Onion Rings. I’ve had bad food before, but nothing like this. The Onion Rings were rock hard (enough to break a tooth). There is absolutely no way they were freshly made unless they were cooked three times as long as they were supposed to be? But I still believe they were old…VERY old. I’m even wondering if they were made that day. If You left your OR’s out for a couple of days I’m sure that is how they would appear. It was without a doubt a horrific experience, destroyed our dinner since we were minus the OR’s we expected to have as part of our dinner. We were actually kind of shaken by the fact that could happen the way it did.
Suggested solution:
For us, there is no resolution. They are no longer on our list of options while we have enjoyed BK for many years. But as of late (the last few years) we've noticed them to be the slowest drive through of any. Last night I waited a half hour. They cannot resolve our problem as we can never trust them again. So our problem is solved.
