Burger King complaint: Order was wrong

My complaint:

on 1223 between 645 and 715PM I order 2 Whoppers, 1 order of chicken fries and 2 orders of Onion rings. We received french fries instead of onion rings. Due to covid had to go thru the drive thru again. Took an additional 18 minutes to get it right. Everything was cold. So disappointed. This has happened several times. I refuse to give anymore chances. Im done with BP Burger King

Suggested solution:

Replaced the entire order with fresh food.

I truly believe they should be trained to repeat the order back to you before they hand the bag over. ALSO, check in the bag before you pull away not at the stop light.
