Burger King complaint: Mis information and insulting behavior by helpline and restaurant as well

My complaint:

I wanted to avail today’s 1 Aed offer meal. I don’t carry my physical cards means I pay by my apple valet. Now After checking the terms and conditions I had a question whether I can pay through Apple Pay or not then I called your helpline and I was informed clearly after keeping my call on hold yes you can pay and she declared that she checked with restaurant manager as well so plz go ahead.
I reached garden pavilion Burger King and I was denied to pay by apple even after checking my card photo.
Now answer me who have you right to insult me like this and to provide wrong information. It occurred me long drive with my time waste with insulting behavior by restaurant supervisor and helpline as well.
Plz revert at my above mentioned concern.

How can you disrespect to anyone by giving wrong information and wasting times ?

I need an appropriate answer.
