My complaint:

I’m not the type of person to complain but whoever owns this location on Sample rd in Coral Springs needs to know how it’s being run. As of Tuesday, September 26th, both entrances to the location have cones blocking the entrance. The entrance to get in requires a U-turn, which is not convenient for anyone trying to get here. The next issue is the drive-through is blocked with cones. So I park and go in to place an order. Then I see 7-8 people working and I am the only customer since the people there before leave. For my order number 206 check 20007 it takes 10 minutes for a fish sandwich and mozzarella stick. The lady in the front asked the employees in the back 2 times for the order. This is the only order they have at this moment since drive-thru is blocked. Two weeks earlier when the drive-through was not blocked I pulled up but no one took my order I had to announce my arrival. Also during that particular visit, the staff said the shake machine was broken and they had no BBQ sauce to offer. In my whole life going to this franchise I have never been to one that so many obstacles to place an order. I am not sure whose fault all these things are but I have to say that this location needs some assistance from upper management or the franchise needs to step in because the location will be out of business if they keep letting the location be run this way. I don’t understand how they will recoup their investment since they block the customer from coming in and then do not take the order when they do they take so long I could have ordered a pizza. But this is no excuse because the many staff working the time should not be this long. I am not looking to get anything for free this is not why I am complaining I feel sorry for the owners of this location and how poorly the staff has been trained. There is no reason I can see for drive-thru or the roadblocks to get in. No construction is going on there. Another issue there are no valid numbers on the receipt to leave a survey. The receipt is missing the information to leave a proper review. So I found this website instead.

Suggested solution:

Let the owner know what's going on. This will impact the business's ability to function and make a profit. Poor management and staff need to be trained. Also, the cones blocking the entire place but no sign saying it's closed doesn't see to have a reason for this.
