My complaint:
I ate at Burger King this evening and went for a drink refill and was rudely told that I could not get a drink refill. I then asked the employee if she would get me a refill from the drink dispenser behind the counter. The employee and the supervisor both said no one could any longer get a drink refill! This has never, ever, happened before! Is this a new policy for Burger King? If so then I will not buy anything else from Burger King!
Suggested solution:
Fire the hateful employees and hire other employees that are kind!
