My complaint:
on 1062020 went to visit BK @ 5:30, I had to wait a while before getting order the only one in line and got all the way home the poppers were cold and I had ordered a med onion which were not in the bag. I also ordered two orders of the 2 for 5 whoppers and they really was not hot either. I did attempt to call to the store several times but nobody picked up the phone

a new fresh order
