My complaint:
The person (girl) who was suppose to manning her drive-thru window.. Came to the front counter, scratching her head , no gloves, tapping the headphone, and proceeded to knock over the containers of fries on the fry counter and used her bare hands to scoop all the fries back into the hopper of fresh clean fries. Now all those fries are contaminated with her hair scratching, headphone tapping germs. I did speak up, told the other person that the entire load needs to be thrown away… (which she did, with the same scoop that all the new fries are used to scoop).
That has health code violations all over it.
should have used gloves, and cleaned the scoop..
Re-education needs to be done immediately

re-education needs to be done and responsible people need to be hired. The young ladies body language as she was being told about her actions told me that SHE DIDNT CARE....
IF I HAD THE NAMES OF ALL THE PATRONS IN THE STORE AT THAT TIME, WE ALL SHOULD BE COMPENSATED. I DONT EAT AT BK OFTEN BECAUSE MY HUSBAND DOESNT LIKE IT... so I don't know how often I will be back.
