My complaint:
Tonight I visited the Burger King in Sparta, New Jersey.
I had coupons from the local mailing flyer. They had a tattered sign near the register that said they do not accept coupons of any kind!!
To send out coupons to entice people to the business, then tell them that you don’t accept the coupons
is BAIT AND SWITCH under New Jersey state law!!
If they won’t accept coupons, they should take Burger King’s name off the building and call it Joe’s Burgers or something!
I did NOT order any food!
Burger King lost a customer.
I went to McDonald’s instead.
Suggested solution:
Force the management to accept coupons, or take prevent them from using Burger King's name on their business.
