My complaint:
Yesterday, 2621 I tried to place an order at the drive through at the Burger King above. When I mentioned I had a coupon (6180) for cheeseburger meal I was told they were out of hamburger, which I questioned and basically got no response. I believe I was being lied to and they didn’t want to honor the coupon for $3.00 Double Cheeseburger Meal. I left and went across to McDonald’s (which by the way gladly accepted the coupon I had for them!)
Suggested solution:
I should receive a gift card for at least $5.00 to replace the coupon for future use and someone should talk to the store as this was totally not acceptable.
