My complaint:

I arrived at the drive thru at 10:10pm. I was refused a vanilla shake because the machone was not available at that time, salt because they were out. When I asked about the receipt they told me they were also out of paper for the printer.

Suggested solution:

If they are out of so many things they should close the store or have a sign that reads limited service after certain hours and I will go somewhere else.
