My complaint:
I came around 4 pm, on friday 101521,i did order a chicken sandwich combo, and they have me different items, the manager was very tude and unprofessional to resolve the problem, just need change the item and that’s it, but was very rude yelling me, is my first time here and the last one, bad bad, customer service,
Suggested solution:
How, you need retraining. at all staff to understand that must be very friendly with the guests
