My complaint:

Brought in my app with 2 whoppers for the price of one and the register did not recognize any of the three numbers I gave the GM– GM said there was nothing she could do — I paid the $5.89 for each – -but was not happy.

Hard to believe your General Manager does not have the ability to override an app failure.
