My complaint:
We been here at least 12 times. 33% of the time either the order is wrong or for instance today we order inside 856pm food finally arrives to us at 918pm (see cameras if need to) 3 onion rings 2/3 half full food not hot at all I’m over it. Call in speak to shift manager lady even though guys name was posted as shift manager inside doesn’t give 2 damns.
Just says well what can I do to fix it?! Like you guys continually screw up everyone in line with me was annoyed… maybe me blasting this place on social media for 1 year straight every day may help??? Maybe I get my ceo uncle involved?? Someone would be best to reach out to me I’m not happy I’m not happy with not fulfilling the order but hey that can be backcharged right i called in to talk first giving the benefit of the doubt which the shift manager didn’t care? This is by far a no go bk and needs to really be looked into here.
