My complaint:
I was visiting relatives in St Louis, I went to a store called Randall’s and bought several cases of beer, one case of the 20 pack aluminum bottles was flat, when you opened the top, it didn’t have any fizzle and when you drink the beer it was flat
Suggested solution:
Replace the beer with fresh beer
