My complaint:
When we got home from purchasing 15 bottles of Budweiser beer, we opened it at the small end and after we had a few with them we realized there was a broken beer bottle with mold inside, I drank about 6 beer out of the case before noticing the broken bottle. The case was dry and the bottle had looked like it was sitting in the case for a long time. I feel sick to my stomach from this.
Suggested solution:
I would like a new case of beer because due to this experience, and to be sure that I will not experience this ever again.
