My complaint:
Reservation was refused due to racism. Threats and intimidation were directed at customer by Budget service personnel when customer asked for explanation of refusal. Customer credit card was processed for rental charges security deposit before customer was refused. The customer believes it was done intentionally based on the difference in skin color between Budget personnel and the customer. The reason given for refusal was brought to the attention of Budget corporate and they stated the reason is not valid and the customer should not have been refused. Customer was stranded at airport and has been damaged.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse customer for costs.
