My complaint:
On 8222022 OI rented a car in Miami airport. the prepaid cost was $313.14. I advised the the counter person that i was planing to return the car on 8292022 at around 7 pm Because my flight doesn’t depart until 9:04 pm that evening. On 8292022 I stoped at the gas staion filled the tank and returned to the airport returned the car. The guy refused to give me a receipt when i saked, e replied that one will be email. (I never got email from them). I check my bank and they have charged me an additional $224.32. I called customer service on 9012022. they said that I returned the car one day late, even though i returned it when i promissed. gasoline charge, even though I filled the tank right before I returned the car, Late fees, even if they already charged me a fraudulent one day late charge. and the tall charges. I have photos of full tank and charges from gas station on the day i returned the car.
Suggested solution:
Budget is charging customers in an automatioc fashion. they don't check gasoline or honored the agreements.
I would like to get my money back $224.32 fraudulent charges .
