My complaint:
I purchased a flight ticket with brussels airlines. booking reference japnto. i was leaving montreal to douala( may 11th and returning to montreal on the 25th. My pcr test came back positive and i was denied to board.
I unsuccesfully called brussels and went to the local agency and i was denied the rescheduling of the flight. Air Brussels said my flight was cancelled and i needed to purchase a new flight ticket if i needed to go back to canada. I have been abandoned on my case. I spent more days in cameroon to figure this out.
I am requesting a full refund of my ticket.
