My complaint:
I have a major complaint about many things but the main are as follows :-
1. An announcement was made on board about COVID and it was NOT carried out !!!
2 The Wi-Fi in 2021 is a disgrace considering what your charge is
3. Your cabins are scruffy and the ship needs a refit.
4. Total lack of power sockets
We could go on, I have made crossing many times and your standard has really dropped. Staff are not helpful and scruffy, we use to travel with a dog, and always go and visit……I would NOT put my dog in those kennels now !!!
Suggested solution:
I want an offer of a refund, I would also say the cabin prices are a disgrace, we can book a go to in Madrid etc for half the price !
