My complaint:

Flight BA837 to Heathrow on 1422 was cancelled on 102721. According to your system, we agreed to accept a changed flight, which we NEVER did and we do not have a ation email re same. When we went to seek a refund, we were told that we had done this and that we could only get a partial refund.
Suggested solution:
The rest of the payment we made should be fully refunded. We absolutely did not make any change or accept any proposed change and did not know anything about it until we called to cancel the flight before Christmas. Please email ation that you have this request and advise as to the process in order to get the full refund asap. Email is annaduff3@icloud.com.
