My complaint:

Dear British Airways,

I have an e-voucher from a covid period ticket that was canceled and I see that I can pay or part-pay for flights that depart and return by 30 September 2023.
I also have 1,514 that should expire in a month.
Flight details: BA0885 of British Airways on the 2020-03-20.
At that time I didn’t know that if I take a voucher I am no longer entitled to receive a refund if the flight was cancelled, so I took the voucher, but was never able to use it.

At this moment in being sick, I have a disease that doesn’t allow me to travel for some time, I would say the whole year 2023, but it depends of course on how the disease will evolve. Please see attached the medical leave that I had.

I would kindly ask you to extend both my Avios and the voucher until the middle of 2024.
I know I have this voucher for a long time and I have tried to use it so many times but you know you have restricted a lot of flights and also the prices were double or triple versus when I bought, so I couldn’t afford to make the same trip I’ve planned; even in this circumstances I’ve tried to go lower and just buy something, but except going to London where your hub is all other trips were unattainable.
