My complaint:
Plano ,Parker and custer store 104.
The store was out of French fries? They were busy but we waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told by the cashier. that we needed to wait to place our order so they could get caught up. But instead of helping get caught up the cashier stood there and did NOTHING. I literally had to ask her if she was going to help them get caught up like she said she needed to do before she decided to help. After 10 or 15 more minutes she finally returned to take our order. I m actually filling this complaint while waiting in line Thats how long this took! I can’t even tell you her name because shes not wearing a name tag.
Suggested solution:
By keeping their store adequately stocked with the products you have posted for sale, and adequately staffed with people who can perform the neccessary tasks to successfully operate this location. There were at least 7 people working behind the counter. This place is a disaster and has been the last 4 or 5 times Ive visited this trainwreck.
