My complaint:
I’ve been working there for 2 years almost. And in these two years I have been harassed by multiple managers. But this latest manager they just hired. It’s targeting me for whatever reason cuz I do not know her. I had to leave work to pick up my son March Tuesday 28th 2003. I get home to find out that the district manager Josh has ordered our general manager Tammy to give me two days and 5 hours a piece. With no evidence, no reason, and when asked he proclaims things that he has not looked into. Today March 30th 2003 Josh the district manager comes in on behalf of a call proclaiming that I should Amanda Williams at store 18 was causing the scene. When that event never occurred. He proceeds to come into the store and look at the cameras that he does not get to work.
SO NOT ONLY WAS I WRONGFULLY STRIPPED OF 27 HOURS OFF MY CHECK I AM BEING TARGETED BY THESE TWO NEW MANAGERS. AND MY GM REFUSES TO RESPOND TO ANYTHING THAT I APPROACH HER WITH. AND MY DISTRICT MANAGER IS NOT DOING HIS DUE DILIGENCE TO FIND OUT IF THE STATEMENTS ARE TRUE. I DO PLAN ON TAKING LEGAL ACTION IF THIS CONTINUES. I KNOW MY EMPLOYEE RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED.
As you can see my current schedule does not reflect. The claims and behaviors that has been projected against me.
Suggested solution:
All I ask is my hours to be returned. Because I am a single mom with a single income.
And that the manager making these claims be reprimanded. For causing a hostile work environment, targeting ,and harassment,.
