BrandsMart USA complaint: Unresolved ice maker issue

My complaint:

I have an LG refrigerator that the ice maker is not working. I called Brandsmart on February 7 to file a claim. I was given an appointment for March 1, 2023. The technician Eddy arrived only to say it needed a new water filter. I then purchased the new water filter and called back and was given an appointment for March 29. Again the technician came and was not able to fix the ice maker stating additional parts were needed. I then called Brandsmart again and was given a service appointment for April 27 which again we were told additional parts were needed. I called for yet another service call and was given May 1 only to be told again by the same technician Eddy additional parts were needed and I would need to call for an appointment and defrost the fridge. I called Brandsmart again and was given a service appointment for May 28. The same technician came and my ice maker is still not working. My parents are disabled and reside in Florida in which the temperature is very hot for them not to have ice. It is completely unacceptable the level of service or lack there of that we are receiving. Please let me know how your company intends to take care of our current situation. The original claim number is: Claim 8981505 and here is the phone number in file: 954-558-6128. I look forward to a resolution and hearing from someone soon.
