My complaint:

Upon checking out, I realized I didn’t have my Brands Mart card, I asked if I could still use my Brands Mart card and customer service asked me for my ID and for another credit card that I have and my Social Security number, I gave him all that and he looked at it and you said questionable hair on his face he called his supervisor and AA I was treated like I was stealing I was meant to feel like I was hiding something. I asked my cards back and my Social Security number and I left. Just want to say that over the years I probably purchase close to $100,000 worth of stuff for Brands Mart , but I’m not going back. Your customer service is the rudest people I’ve ever met. You guys should look at yourself.

Suggested solution:

Speak to your cash register supervisor she’s is rude, looking and the way she questions people as if they’re thieves. I felt my integrity being insulted and disrespected. I am totally done with Brands Mart.
