My complaint:

Ok when we got to the hotel the roo.s were not nice and the beds were worn out and it was like sleeping on wood we had no internet they said just keep trying it don’t work so.etimes well we tried all night and our backs hurt from the bed there was no batteries in smoke.detector and we complained and they said sorry can’t do nothing so we checked out a day early by 11 and asked for a refund we couldn’t stay in those conditions and no internet either they said no refund at all so we wasted money and a days trip and we will not ever go back the new mart is not good and it’s not clean either and it’s said cause it cost so .ugh to stay and it’s awful

Suggested solution:

Well they should give us a refund for the day we didn't stay since they had no internet at all and the room was not worth what we paid
