My complaint:

I have booked a hotel in Oman the last day without cancelation policy (had no idea this policy still exist) and figured out my travel documents were expired as per the country requirements. Asked kindly the booking team to support in cancelling the booking which they have not been able to support in any way using their policy to dismiss clients satisfaction and keep money.
