Sharon (Duty Manager) said in front of customers and staff BLACKS DONT CRACK when talking about a black mans age.
I said (as a member of staff) that you should not say this. Sharon replied I CAN SAY WHAT I FUCKING WANT.
Question…Is what Sharon said banter or a racial slur
