My complaint:
I was at Bojangles to order me and my daughter some food a man came on the intercom to take my order I started ordering my food he gave me one price and keep on changing the price when I get to the drive-thru the price was totally more than he started out with so I kept on giving him money thinking that he was going to give me my change back he tells me oh they don’t have any change to give I look at him and he says pull to the side so I can bring out your food I was waiting on my food as he approach the car to hand our he started another conversation with me to say that everything has went up so high that if you want to eat you got to pay the price I looked at him because I ordered the food so I know I had to pay but not extra and not get my change back Bojangles got way more money than I have and what little money I have to use to feed my kids with shouldn’t be where they could take it and give me unappropriate food like the mashed potatoes was watered down and the chicken taste like rubber and they got way more money than I do I was just trying to feed me and one of my daughters and he give me that everything has been raised up but why should that have to affect me give me my change or give me something to replace my change but he gave me nothing and sent me on my way That’s bad business That’s how they making their money they need to quit if somebody order something they should get their money back we ain’t trying to help the business we just trying to feed our family and they taking our money and they got all that money come on now do better than that .
Suggested solution:
Bojangles when you're running a business and you have all that money you should be able to give the proper change back or tell the customer ahead of time so they will make their own decision whether they want to give you the change or do they want the food let it be the customer's choice not wait till they order and tell them oh we don't have the change to give back to you That's not right
