My complaint:
I placed an order at the store for take-out. My combo orders were filled and sitting on the counter getting cold while waiting on bo-berry biscuits. I watched as orders after mine were filled including said biscuits. When I asked about mine the manager said they had ordered only one or two each. I replied I ordered mine before them and she stated I shouldn’t have ordered so many. I only ordered 6
Suggested solution:
Whatever is fair. I didn't start looking at the time until a couple minutes after my combo meals were on the counter. All told it was close to a half hour spent and rude customer service
