Bojangles complaint: Serving old and hard food

My complaint:

I went through the drive-thru and asked for a fresh steak combo with a cheer wine drink the lady said 6 minutes and they gave it to me in 2 minutes the steak was hard around the edges at the window drop the money on the ground and told me that I owe him more money and I told him I wasn’t going to get my truck to pick it up for him and I asked them for I drove off was the steak was fresh and the heavy set white lady said yes so I asked for my money back and I had a lot of ruckus saying that I cheated them out of money and I know what I gave them at the window they always serving bad dried hard overcooked food at this Bojangles when a customer ask for something fresh it should be automatically given to them you shouldn’t have to buy stuff that’s been sitting two or three hours and then throw in the heater and serve it to the customers that’s bad business then you got to wait 20 minutes for somebody to answer the intercom in the Drive-Thru and when there’s no cars in front of you this have happened to me many occasions they are serving horrible food to customers from chicken to steak and Etc thank you for your cooperation on this matter

Suggested solution:

Resolve it the best way you know how this is your company but customers come first they are paying their money at this establishment and getting bad service
