My complaint:
Manager took my order and messed it up! I ordered a 8-piece meal and only got chicken. I was Highly upset about this and tried to explain. He told me I got what I ordered and blew me off. Check 451800 . I wanted him to correct it and he walked away. After waiting to pick up my daughter from school I decided to call and the man said I made the mistake —–not him! Thats crazy customer service. He needs retrained at once. Making mistakes is human nature. How we correct our mistakes define who we are…..Very unhappy
Suggested solution:
Something needs done for me and the business needs to retrain this man. If he is a manager, he needs to know that Customer Service pays the bills. At the time all I needed is my order corrected but his attitude made things worse.
