My complaint:
I bought 2 meals from Bojangles last night, 11142021. The Check number is 470467. I have attached a copy of the receipt. I did not take a photo because it would not show this complaint. Each meal contained a pack of fries, around 5 chicken tenders, 1 biscuit, and 1 drink (tea). This is the worst cooked meal I think I have ever purchased. Got home with all this and got really upset that I even called this Bojangles and told them they should throw out all their fries. The friies wre not just oversalted but covered in salt as though salt was just dumped on them. The tenders were cooked with a lot of fat, and the biscuit was hard like it had been cooked in the morning. I have noticed before on purchases that the fries were oversalted but was able to eat them. Not these fries.These went straight to the trash. And they were like skins and hard also; I normally would not complain like this but that is how upset i was when my wife and I had to throw most of this food away. The only thing decent was the tea.
Suggested solution:
I would hope that these people that were on duty could be talked to about serving food like this. I do not think it is good for your business. The girl that took the money was very nice. I think all this falls back on the cook.
I think being reinbursed for this would be appropriate. We have always liked Bojangles before and really hate that I had to report this place. If I did not let you know this then you probably would never find out. You do what you think is right about this. I am sorry that I had to report something like this. Thanks, Larry
