My complaint:
Went to Bojangles in South Hill VA at 1pm on 110522 to eat some of their great chicken. I wanted to place my order, but the young man was not paying attention, but was lookingreading his phone. I stood there for about a minute and then tapped the counter with my credit card. He finally looked up and I asked his if he was taking orders to which he replied,,What do you want…in a very rude manner. I told him NOTHING! I was so incensed that I left without ordering. I will not eat at this store in the future.
Suggested solution:
Put this humanoid somewhere else!!
