My complaint:
Around 7:57 I place my order at the Bojangles in Elgin SC 29045. I ordered the Bos famous chicken sandwich combo Bo size with extra mayo and Mountain Dew two packs mayo and side honey mustard I also ordered a three piece wing meal with pintos dirty rice with med Pepsi and a side of macaroni and cheese. I didn’t get extra mayonnaise on the sandwich more extra packs of mayo I received a small fri when it was a bo size I got the right size drink I didn’t get my honey mustard sauce and on the three piece wing meal I didn’t receive the extra side of macaroni. I asked about extra condiments if they gave it to me and she stated everything was in the bag. Either there always out of something or they fail to get order right ..I’m to the point were I don’t want to order anything from this location again .
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me for what my fries macaroni and side of Honey mustard I paid for and make sure they start getting customers orders correct.
