My complaint:
Only worked there 2 days due to working conditions. The only training I got was from a guy that didn’t like to talk. He just worked and I was expected to pick up everything from observation. He didn’t like to answer questions either. The on shift manager even said I needed to be trained. The manager and the other crew members constantly bullied and berated me for being slow and not knowing what to do all the time, causing me a lot of stress and anxiety which only made things worse. I was hoping this would be a better job for me but when I left my old job the manager said I could work there also if I wanted to. So I’m going back to where I was a valued employee. Money isn’t everything.
Suggested solution:
Insure that steps are in place so new employees are trained properly and are not bullied by managers and the crew.
